    1. Awwww! I’m so sad to hear you’re ill AND you’re sweetheart is overseas. Been there, done that! I served during Desert Storm (I know…I’m dating myself) when I was in the US Air Force, so I know what it’s like to be on his side of the ocean and missing family back here. Hang in there!     1. Awww! Don’t be blue about turning 50, Stephanie. I’m 48 years old and I hear ya about getting older (Damn creaks and aches!). But here’s the “silver” lining to the years we’ve lived – we have earned every silver hair on our pretty heads, and we are the amazing women we are today because of all the incredible experiences (good and bad) we’ve had throughout our lives! In spite of all the hardship and turmoil I’ve had in my life, every bump, scrape and bruise to my heart has given me priceless wisdom I wouldn’t have gained any other way…and now I can pass that wisdom on to others. Here’s wishing you a FABULOUS GOLDEN Anniversary of your day of birth. I, for one, am happy you were born!
