Wow, it was a rough, but productive week. Those of you around for a while know we’re dealing with our elderly dog, Zedd. Poor thing is just having a really hard time and we’re not getting a lot of sleep in the house.

On the productive side of the week, I’ve finally finished plotting the book I’m writing, which will be under a new pen name, and I was deep into the writing cave all week long getting started on it. SO deep that I completely forgot to work on the serial episode…which is why it is late. My apologies.

But the good news is, I spent the weekend working through the next few episodes, so I hope I won’t be late posting on Fridays moving forward. (crosses fingers) Between this serial and the book I’m writing, I probably put in over 25,000 words this week. So…productive.

To get caught up on the serial, start here » Episode 01 - Part 1 & Part 2

Recap…

Last episode, Maion discovered Julian knew Dean and his top general offered her up an opportunity to seek a relic called the Shadow Veil. Maion decided she would team up with both Julian and Dean to go find it. THIS episode, I need your input on a choice Julian and Dean force her to make, so be sure to vote at the end!

Episode 05: Brewing Desires

As Julian had insisted, I stayed at his mansion while we prepared for this expedition to seek the Shadow Veil. Since he and Dean would be spending so much time studying maps, planning logistics, and deciding which talents their people had that could increase our success, Dean took the guest room across from mine.

I’m not gonna lie. Being under the same roof with these two hotties was a lot more temptation than I anticipated and made it difficult to focus.
